Welcome to Stretchy Souls Yoga

Yoga builds confidence, self esteem, physical strength and teaches strategies to cope with stress and anxiety. Being able to teach children breathing and calming techniques at a young age will set them up so well to deal with anxiety and stress as they move into high school and their working years. Adults too, benefit greatly from the teachings of yoga and meditation. Being equipped with the tools to manage stress, no matter what your age, brings so many benefits, not only in terms of higher performance and clearer decision making, but also in assisting with managing difficult situations and emotions.
